Paul has been in agency all of his working life, dealing with Residential Sales & Lettings but also dealing with Commercial property for retained clients. Paul has dealt with many planning issues during his career and has been involved with development and construction in building from 1-70 houses. This wealth of experience has therefore given Paul detailed insight into housing and construction, which greatly assists when valuing, selling and dealing with construction issues that may arise during the sale process. Paul oversees all four offices and will regularly be seen on the chain ferry!
